Ceremonial crown-headdress with veil of beads, reserved for sovereigns and priests of particular deities, symbol of royalty, link with ancestors and spiritual power. In the upper part of the crown is hidden a powerful "medicine" (oogun Ashe) prepared by the herbalist priest for the protection of health and destiny of the sovereign.
