Descrizione:
The decoration is part of the ‘figurettes and ruins’ style, which was very popular during the 18th century. Large plate decorated in polychrome with a lively figurative scene, including six characters, three women and three men, in various poses. One of the men has a dog on a leash, while another dog is depicted next to the female figure on the left, who is holding a sort of tambourine. Architectural ruins and tree trunks, together with many plum blossoms, frame the scene.
