Descrizione:
The two cups, paired with two saucers with inventory numbers G.P.B. 2236, 2272 and a sugar bowl (INVN. G.P.B. 2330), feature a rim decorated with ‘Laub und Bandelwerk’ and can be traced back to Meissen production between 1720 and 1730. The gold decoration was probably done by a Hausmaler. There are similarities with a cup in the Gianetti Museum in Saronno (inventory number 267).
