In the mezzanine between the two “noble” floors, one is surprised to be able to see “behind the scenes” of the social life that took place in the representative salons, finding oneself in the space dedicated to the kitchens, here in their “updated” 19th-century version, the last “updates” undertaken by the owners to adapt these spaces to the “latest” technological and food developments. There remains the "pasta room", the physical kitchen with oven, "ronfò", boiler and sink. And, thanks to the inventories preserved in the palace archive and the books of accounts, you can get to know the utensils that were used in these spaces and understand, from the type of food and drink consumed, the possible menus that were created.
