Armor featuring a koboshi kabuto type helmet (star-set helmet), characterized by protruding rivets on the plates of the bowl, with wide printed leather side flaps reinforced by decorated metal, and a visor that matches the flap decoration.
The helmet's front decoration (maedate) consists of three-branched "u-shaped horns" in gilded metal; the mask is of the me-no-shita-men type with a removable hinged nose.
The shoulder guards are made of interwoven lacquered leather and fabric. The arm guards feature a printed fabric base with a blue background and abstract golden decorations.
The cuirass is of the hatomune-dō type (pigeon-breast cuirass), with a large ventral plate decorated with a golden flying dragon.
The tassets of the skirt have a pseudo-plate construction of iron covered in lacquered leather, held together by interlaced cords. The greaves consist of a fabric part decorated with hexagonal motifs, and a metal section.
